INSPIRATION: Fresh Start

by | Jul 6, 2015 | Insights & Inspiration

Why do we hate Mondays?

I used to, but not any more. Now I think of them as a fresh start. I know I’m NOT at my best when I’m tired or down to the wire on a deadline. I always have more energy in the morning than at night. PLUS, at the beginning of a thing, there’s still so much time that things can go RIGHT.

I know that leaving the weekend behind can be a drag if you had a good time, but sometimes we have to let go of the good stuff to get to more good stuff. Be grateful for the good time you had and start working on creating more good times.

You don’t have to wait for something bad to happen to put the past behind you. Any moment can become a fresh start when you release what was and focus on what can be.

Happy Monday!

Isn’t it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet?” ~ L.M. Montgomery
