I support clients from a wide variety of industries and leadership levels. Most of my work falls into the following general categories:

What will we discuss on this 30 min call?
My primary objective in this call is to understand enough about your situation to make specific recommendations about how I can help you. To do that I’d like you to be prepared to discuss the challenges you believe a coach can help you with and the ways you feel blocked from success. I’ll ask you questions for 15-20 minutes to help you explore these issues. In the last 10-15 minutes I’ll share my perspective, top line advice and recommended approach to your specific issues. If I think we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend a way for us to work together.
After the call I’ll send you an email with a short summary and more information on my services, as well as relevant payment links that will take you to my online schedule to set up our first call once your payment is received.
What does a typical coaching engagement look like?
The majority of my coaching clients meet with me monthly to support their long-term goals to level up their performance and brand or to make key behavioral and mindset changes. In monthly engagements clients have the option to add extra sessions on an as-needed basis (including holiding one month to have two sessions at a future time). For most people a monthly session is often enough to keep them accountable to their own goals, though I can also offer twice-a-month sessions. I also offer the option for clients to pre-purchase a block of sessions and schedule them entirely at their convenience over a 12 month period.
Each session, regardless of the frequency, is 60 minutes long. I offer the option to receive a recording of each session or a written summary (at a higher fee) .
What kind of commitment do you need to be prepared to make in order to benefit from a coaching engagement?
While I don’t require a minimum number of sessions, I recommend that you make a 5-6 month commitment to yourself to see what coaching can do for you. This allows you time to put some of your insights from our sessions into practice, and for me to support you in understanding and evolving your behavior as you see what unfolds in your life.
Most of the benefit from coaching comes from shifts in mindsets, daily practices, interpersonal behaviors and other on-the-edge-of-unconscious habits that take time to evolve. While you’ll feel better after our first session, the longer term results you’re looking for start to become apparent after 5-6 months.
How much does coaching cost?
While coaching is a commitment of time and money for you and I together, I find that the true investment is one of intention. For this reason I don’t charge hourly, but on a monthly basis, which reimburses me for my time and my intention to support you, including between our sessions via email.
I offer pre-paid options if you want total flexibility in scheduling or require an up front payment you can expense to your company. I also give you the option to receive either a recording of our session, for a lower fee, or a written summary of my advice and insight at a higher rate.
All clients, regardless of whether you pay up front or monthly with recorded or written followup, also receive unlimited access to over 150 video+workbook coaching tools on my website. I’ll use these materials as assignments periodically during our engagement, and you’re welcome to browse them at your own convenience as well. You’ll get full access to my booking calendar and may schedule and reschedule your sessions any time. I do ask for a 48 hour notice prior to cancellations and reschedulings to help me balance my workload and offer options to clients with last-minute challenges.
Prepaid sessions are non-refundable while monthly payments may be cancelled at any time.
The investment on a per-session basis ranges from $350-$500/session based on packages I will recommend to you when we speak.
What happens when I sign up?
Once you become a client you gain immediate access to my scheduling calendar to schedule and reschedule your sessions. You also receive immediate access to my online libraries of over 150 leadership and career coaching videos and worksheets as well as online courses. I will respond to email requests for input or advice between our sessions within 24 hours. You may also opt to join my monthly women’s mastermind calls and newsletter community.
