How It Works

Once you register for coaching sessions, you will receive password-protected access to Dana’s VIP coaching community and scheduling system, where you can set up your first call. Here is a brief outline for each session:

at your convenience

Use Dana’s online calendar to schedule and reschedule sessions at your convenience. You’ll receive a calendar invite to accept with call-in number.

Options: Add a note about what you’d like to address during the session. Get a text reminder.

Session

you’re the focus

You’re free to set the topic agenda at the beginning of each 60-minute call. Whether you have a specific management or leadership issue to discuss or not, Dana will coach you with questions about where you’re feeling confident, what’s challenging you (focusing on key stakeholder relationships) and review growth opportunities and solutions to explore. She will help you develop your own self-awareness and authentic ability to manage your behavior for sustainable success within your career and organization. She will offer advice and may choose to lead you through some skill development exercises on the call. She will explain any homework, assignments and suggestions she has for you.

Recap

email summary

After your session, Dana will send you an email summarizing her advice to help you evolve your leadership skills and lead teams more effectively. This email will include insights she had after your conversation as well as custom assignments, resource links and attachments that may be relevant to the work you’re doing and behaviors you’re seeking to shift. You are free to reply with questions or comments based on your own reflections. Dana will support you between sessions via email.
