Go High. Be Smart. Lead Authentically.

Executive Coaching for Women

Your hard work and authentic talent got you here, and the game changes at the top. Others will tell you that to win, you need to change who you are and downplay your personal values. My executive coaching for women starts from the opposite premise: the path to success lies in being who you are, and becoming who you want to be.

I’ve spent 25+ years inside Fortune 50 companies, startups, and government, plus over a decade as an executive coach for women. Forbes, The Atlantic, and SmartBrief on Leadership recognize me as a women’s leadership expert. I’m not making this stuff up; I’m living it every day alongside my clients.

Let me help you achieve your career goals on your own terms.

TRUSTED BY LEADERS AT

Why success hits a hidden ceiling for women leaders

Every high-achieving, mid-career woman hits inflection points on her leadership journey where her go-to success strategies start to exhaust her or sideline her with senior stakeholders and the C-suite. The following four patterns show up most often in my executive coaching for women. They don’t result from personal failings. They’ve actually supported many women…to a point, but these roadblocks prove the old way of working doesn’t scale at the next level. They even block you from reaching your leadership potential.

01

The Double Bind

You’re caught between being assertive and being likable, and the leadership qualities others reward don’t feel authentic to you. You circle the idea of “personal brand,” but are more drawn to “authentic identity.”

02

Stuck in the Weeds

You’re ready for leadership; maybe you’re already in leadership, but office politics and fear-based mindsets pull you back into the details, inhibiting the scope of your impact. You want to talk strategy, but don’t feel your ideas are welcome.

03

The Imposter Voice

You’re done exhausting yourself proving your value over and over again, yet imposter syndrome still shows up in the highest-stakes rooms, regardless of your leadership role.

04

Working Twice-As-Hard

You’ve worked twice-as-hard to be seen in your career, and you recognize that model doesn’t scale–leading to overwhelm and burnout. You’re exploring how working twice-as-smart can be sustainable and effective for you going forward.

If your success is coming at too great a cost, it’s not because you need fixing. The systems we work within weren’t built to help women succeed. The good news is that coaching changes how you play the game. Coaching helps you find your personal formula for authentic leadership success.

“This investment (in coaching with Dana) has changed me as a leader and improved my company’s effectiveness as an organization. It has been a gift, personally, to be more grounded as a leader despite what the world may bring.”

How executive coaching for women activates your higher potential

My coaching combines deep, intuitive listening with practical strategies so you can read organizational dynamics and take effective actions. Executive coaching with me focuses on three transformations.

Lead from your authentic, best self

Drop the burden of being “on” and refocus your energy on sustainable presence and high-impact results.

  • Alignment: pair your operational excellence with your instincts so imposter syndrome loses its grip.
  • Intention: learn to steer by your North Star instead of other people’s expectations.
  • Presence: lead from a grounded place of self-confidence and authentic influence.

Master the game within the game

Build an influential reputation and greater strategic impact, with less friction and no burnout.

  • Office politics: read organizational and human dynamics in the workplace with grace and insight.
  • Sustainable leadership: hold senior-level responsibility on your own terms, without paying the price of overwork.
  • Personal branding: reshape your narrative to command respect and lift your team with you.

Empathy meets accountability

A blend of personal and professional development that meets you where you are and challenges you to step up.

  • The power of now: no soft consults, no rigid frameworks. Real change happens in the moments you are called to grow.
  • A space for growth: my coaching offers a confidential space outside daily politics to recalibrate.
  • A clear mirror: a partner who holds a higher vision of your potential.

My clients have experienced these transformational outcomes in the corporate world, male-dominated industries, and entrepreneurial startups. Women entrepreneurs get a double boost when their businesses improve alongside their own personal growth.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What does executive coaching for women cost?

Private VIP coaching is priced by engagement rather than by the hour, because the work happens across a series of sessions instead of a single call. Coaching packages average between $375 and $450 per month. The InPower Women’s Mastermind starts at $25 a month if you want the support without the 1:1 investment, and the Women in Leadership Guide is free. We talk numbers on your complimentary strategy call, before either of us commits.

    Is executive coaching worth it?

It’s worth it when you’ve hit an inflection point, and the strategies that got you here have stopped scaling. My coaching clients have moved from VP to President, won promotions into senior leadership, and earned raises, bonuses, and equity, which can help pay for coaching. Coaching isn’t leadership skills training; it’s an investment in yourself and your career growth.

How is executive coaching different from mentoring or career coaching?

Mentoring hands you someone else’s playbook. Career coaching focuses on landing the next role. My executive coaching for women and female entrepreneurs works on how you operate, so the gains follow you into every role after this one. I bring 25+ years of my own extensive experience into the room and the lessons learned from all my clients, so you’ll get direct advice alongside good questions, and the goal stays your judgment rather than mine.

How long does executive coaching take?

There is no “typical engagement.” Clients feel uplifted after every call, and some stay with it for several months while others invest in themselves for years. Most clients work with me on a monthly basis, meeting on a regular rhythm that fits their calendar. I recommend you plan to make a minimum 4-6 month investment of your time and treasure to experience the kind of progress you’ll be able to sustain. Changing how you handle pressure, politics, and your own inner critic takes longer, and nothing locks you in.

Do you coach online or in person?

All coaching happens by Zoom or phone, so I work with women across the US and internationally. Clients have joined me from Microsoft, CVS Health, Nestlé, the CDC, and the World Bank. Between sessions, you have email access to me plus the AI Brainstorm Coach, so the support doesn’t stop when the call ends.

What is executive presence, and can coaching build it?

Executive presence is the read other people take on whether you belong at the table. It shows up in how you hold a room, how you handle difficult conversations, and where you draw your boundaries. It gets built, and much of my coaching goes into the specific behaviors senior stakeholders register as presence, plus the double bind that makes those behaviors feel risky for women.
