Let’s Get Clear On Clarity

by | Nov 12, 2014 | InPower Women Blog, Work-Life Blend, Working Moms

Welcome to the first post in our monthly InPower Working Mom Chat series! Today Lizzy and Dana will talk about how important it is to get grounded and CLEAR as a working mom, for the sake of yourself, your family and your work! – InPower Editors

Come join us Wednesday, November 12th at 1:00PM EST to discuss clarity.  As Working Moms, we are always on the go, doing whatever needs to get done so that we can sit back and rest.  Playing offensively, without a clear plan, can be tiring!  You start to feel like you’re fighting a never ending battle.  Being clear on what you want in this game called ‘life’ gives you peace of mind, so let’s talk about clarity!

The questions we will chat about are:

  • What does clarity mean?
  • How clarity a grounding force you can depend on.
  • How do you find clarity in your personal and professional life?

A note from Liz:

When I became a Working Mom I went through a mini-identity crisis.  At work, there were no huge changes but inside me there were BIG changes.  It was one of the most confusing parts of my life.  It wasn’t until I re-organized myself and formed new habits that I felt clarity in who I was.  This was something I had to work at via trial and error.  Some tips and tricks worked better than others, and then making them a habit (and breaking old ones) was a challenge.  Once I got the hang of things I receive a peace of mind.  This journey taught me all about the importance of clarity and I’m excited to share my thoughts with Dana!
