Here’s a way to view your leadership efficacy – do you fight the natural end of things or take advantage of their momentum to create a new beginning?

Everything has a beginning, middle and end. Sometimes these cycles are so long we forget that they will end and are shocked to find that nothing is immune. Don’t forget.

Remember that every meeting, project, relationship and job has its inevitable end and that every end leads to a new beginning.

Are you leading your life, your staff and your work towards the beginning or the end?

Take inventory this weekend. What is ending soon? Accept it and put your energy into the beginnings.
