Some people find each recording rich enough to repeat. This program gives you the option to set yourself up to receive either daily or weekly reminders so that you can space it out over the course of 1 month or 26 weeks.

Program FAQs

How much time will this take?

You will benefit from this program in only 15 minutes a day.

The daily recorded sessions are 30 min each. They are broken into 15 min segments. First there will be a 15 min meditation. This will be followed by a 15 min reflection exercise, which you may do silently to yourself or by writing in a journal. You may listen to these segments separately or only choose to participate in the meditation portion of the call.

What if I've never meditated before?

This program will use a format called “guided meditation” where your only job is to sit quietly and listen. It is designed that both experienced meditators and those new to meditation will find value. If you’ve never meditated before, this will provide you a short and essential daily practice you can expand on once the program is over.

What if I don't can't always be there at 8:30am eastern?

If you join the free calls, you may participate whenever your schedule allows at 8:30am Eastern. If you subscribe to the community program options, you can access call recordings and supplementary materials at your convenience. Recordings will be uploaded to the InPower member portal every day by 9:30am eastern. You may choose to listen to at any time.

How does it work?
Beginning March 30th, every Monday-Friday, I will hold a 30 minute Zoom audio call.  Each call will consist of a 15 minute guided meditation and a 15 minute guided reflection. You may hang up after the first 15 minutes if you choose. All you have to do is call in and listen. If you choose to participate via the online link, you may participate in simple group exercises at the end. 
Can I join after April 6th?

Yes. When you register above you’ll receive call-in information to join us on the next day’s call. Please be aware, however, that each meditation will build on “skills” learned and practiced on previous meditations. If you’re not an experienced meditator, you will want to purchase access to the recordings and consider going back to begin the program from Day 1.
