INSIGHT: Crawl, Walk or Run?

by | Aug 23, 2013 | Coaching Advice, Insights & Inspiration

Ever wonder when to push yourself and when to go with the flow?

“Going with the flow” comes in two flavors: relaxed and full-bore. Both can get you where you need to go.

I once had a guru tell me that it didn’t matter which path I took, how much I stressed or how hard I worked, I was going to end up in the same place in the end.

I thought she was nuts.

That was 10 years ago, and today I pretty much think she was right.

If you’re seeking your vision of success relentlessly, you’re going to find it’s the path you’re on. Each step is part of the flow. All you do is choose which direction to crawl, walk or run.

Are you crawling, walking or running today? Never mind. Don’t answer that. It doesn’t’ matter, really.
