The truth is that sometimes it’s good to be flexible and adapt and sometimes you need to stand strong. You can only learn which way is best by choosing a course of action and learning from both your successes and failure.
But consider this, if you are sometimes flexible and sometimes stalwart, doesn’t that make you flexible overall?
Yep. Flexibility always wins when it’s intentional and goal-oriented.
But flexibility to avoid difficult decisions… that’s not flexibility, that’s poor leadership.
Resolve to do the difficult work of deciding when you need to be flexible to achieve your goals.
