INSIGHT: Work-Life Identity

accept who you are

Why worry about balancing something you don’t understand?

When you understand who you are, it takes a lot less energy to BE you.

We spend so much energy trying to balance all the different parts work-life parts of ourselves that if we’re not careful, we forget that we’re not a bunch of threads at loose ends, but whole beings weaving a tapestry of our life.

It’s easy to forget this, of course, as we shuttle to and from in the loom of life. But somewhere in the middle of it all is a pattern all those threads want badly to become a part of. Find it and see if even when it’s unfinished. It will give your color choices and rushing around meaning, purpose and joy.
